Link Transit routes will be adjusted in accordance with Apple Blossom festivities. Impacted routes will remain on reroute for much of April 27 and all of May 4.

The transit is contributing $95,000 to the city’s Safe Routes to School project, which is making upgrades to 5th Street.

The city has signed off on improvements it's making for access to the Park and Ride as well as the adjacent sidewalk and signal pole at the intersection of 3rd St SE & Rock Island Road.

Current plans call for the entire fleet to be electric by 2026, which would make it the second transit service in the country to do so.

Construction for this comfort station is anticipated to begin after crews finish installing the new traffic light on the intersection of 3rd Street and Rock Island Road.
