Local schools resume normal operations after lockdown due to disturbance near Morgen Owings Elementary School.

The school received a threatening call demanding money at about 8:15am.

The district is working with Spokane-based ALSC Architects on a study and survey of their facilities, along with a facilities plan detailing short-term and long-term goals.
