Confluence Health Lawsuit

Confluence Health employees filed a new lawsuit against their employer Wednesday, even after successfully appealing to the state court of appeals.

Plaintiff Attorneys Steve Lacy and Paul Kube filed an appeal to the Washington State Court of Appeals.

Confluence Health is now going to allow unvaccinated staff to work on hospital grounds, after meeting certain requirements.

The former employees now are asking for their complaint to include the claim that they were discriminated against based on medical and/or religious disabilities.
